"Classic Banana Bread Recipe Made Easy"




Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas (about 4-5 medium bananas)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
5. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.

6. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. 
Do not overmix.

7. If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.

8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to a wire rack to cool completely.

10. Slice and serve the banana bread as desired.
